Well we just finished canning 22 quarts and 10 pints of applesauce, 9 pints of apple butter and 25 pints of peaches, and 9 jars of peach jam. If there is a depression we will have some food, with the venison and fish, we are ok. hahahahahahaha. here are a few pictures of our "days work". We will be going to the cabin for the weekend, since it is opening day for Bow Hunting. It has been raining here today, but tomorrow should be nice.
