Having a great time

Having a great time here in AZ. We are finally over our "sickness" and the sun is shining again. Here is a couple of pictures of how the flowers did on our trip. They lasted about 10 days and were just beautiful and enjoyable. Riding my new bike, doing some swimming and on my way back to curves and the Wii.

Enjoying AZ-Feb. 9, 2009

Well we are finally on our own Internet. It was nice to be able to go to the computer Room here at the RV Resort, but much nicer to have it in the RV. We are finally able to really enjoy ourselves here after one week. Frank got a very, very bad cold the day we left CA and has finally on the better side of it now. We had to take him to Urgent Care a few days ago, he was so bad with not being able to breathe and a terrible cough that kept him and me awake all night. Have a a beautiful warm week last week, in the high 70;s and low 80's. This week is a little different, we are getting the cold and rain from you guys in California and the wind is along with it. The temps here today and tomorrow will be in the 50-60 range. Cold for AZ. But we know that in a few days things will warm up and we will be outside more. Frank went to a wood symposium this last weekend and really had a great time and learned a few more tricks to the trade of wood turning. It was nice, because i could spend some "girlie" time with Carol and
Tiff. By the way the puppy is "adorable"!!!! A little bad luck happened last Thursday night, my 2 year old bicycle got stolen. It was locked up and all, but someone just somehow lifted it up over the 6 block cement wall we have behind the RV and off they went with it. Bummer!! But my nice husband took me to the bike shop and bought me another one. (What a doll he is!) I will be back in business riding all over again.

Here in Arizona!!!

Just to let all know that we did arrive safely in AZ and are enjoying the warm weather that has greeted us. We got in about 2:45 p.m. yesterday, (Mon. Feb. 2) and I have not been on the computer since I left CA. We both have bad colds and have been going to bed about 7:00-800p.m. the last few nights. Mine is starting to get better, but Frank is still in the super stage. Hopefully we will feel better soon, especially with all this Vitamin C we will be poring into our bodies from the sun. Our internet service will not be hooked up until next monday. (they don't have direct hookups here at each site. Only in the "computer room".) Frank needs to have his computer hooked up at our RV. I am writing this from the computer room which is very nice with about 15 computers that are super fast. Sometimes there are many people in here, but now, which is 2:00 p.m. and all are in the pool, it is very sparse, only about 4 of us in here now. I will be posting more info on my blog starting next week. Having a great time so far and enjoying the 80 degrees!!! In about 1/2 hour we will be going into the pool for a "dip". hahahahaha
