9:30 a.m. - Left for Longview,WA to meet up with Dave Smith who Frank hangs out with in AZ. The weather is a bit cloudy and a chilly 58 degrees.
11:00 a.m. - Crossed into Washington and on our way to Dave's. Arrived at Dave's and he was glad to see us. He sure has a lot of wood for his wood turning. He also makes furniture. His wife made a very delicious lasagna and salad and a delicious blueberry cake made with blueberries from their garden. yum yum
It was nice that we had a chance to see their place and all the bowls and vases, etc that he turns.
2:51 p.m. - Just leaving Dave's on our next stop to Seattle. The temp has warmed up a bit to 65 degrees and sun, but it feels like 75 degrees. It is a beautiful drive along this road. Everything is so nice and green and the scenery and road are very nice.
